In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by CanPoCUS then we will be responsible for a full refund of the course fee.
Customers who wish to cancel their place on a course are advised to contact the course centre direct (see the specific course page). Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the course with a full refund (Subject to a $100 administrative fee). We are unable to refund the course fee if less than 30 days’ notice before the date of the course is given but may be able to reallocate a place on a subsequent course at one of our centres. Reallocation will be at our discretion and depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and our ability to fill the cancelled place. Customers who do not attend a course without prior notification will not be reallocated a course place.
